My Story

Seth is a highly accomplished, technology-focused educational leader with an extensive track record spanning both teaching & specialist roles at the campus & district levels. He is passionate about delivering the highest standard of technology education, to empower all learners to achieve more. Seth is an Educational Technology Specialist for Pearland ISD near Houston, TX, a Professional Learning Specialist for i2e (a Microsoft Global Training Partner), and a Doctoral Candidate in Curriculum & Instruction at Texas A&M University. He is certified as a Microsoft Office Master Specialist and recognized as a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEExpert) & MIE Master Trainer. He is a father to two, and step-father to four. As an Educational Technology Specialist and former co-director of the Building Cultural Bridges program, Seth is always looking for ways to expand teachers' classrooms to include other cultures, languages, events, music, literature, and technologies.

My Interests
I am a musician, and can play 12 musical instruments (well), but my instrument of choice is my voice. I love to sing, particularly with Symphonic accompaniment in a Chorus! I also am a total Space nerd, and love to hike and star-watch!

Favorite Quote
"Unless you get instructional design right, technology can only increase the speed and certainty of failure" - William Horton

Favorite Book
Too many to count... I can't love just one book! I'm a voracious reader, finishing around 1 book per week.
